RETURN POLICY

We have 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at bloomanddice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can send your product to the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN ORDER

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, please ensure items are adequately packaged. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items.

When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
